Our neighborhood association is the East Calhoun Community Organization (ECCO) which has existed for more than 25 years.  ECCO has worked for the stabilization and improvement in the quality of life and physical betterment of the neighborhood.  ECCO has a long history of working with the Uptown Business association, Community Crime Prevention/Safe, the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board (MPRB), various neighboring community organizations and other public agencies on issues of concern to the residents of the neighborhood. Monthly meetings are held at 7:00  P.M. on the first Thursday of every month at St. Mary's Greek Orthodox Church, 35th & Irving.  All meetings are open to the public, and neighborhood residents are invited to participate.
